Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver is having problem on my computer?
I have recently upgrade my system to Windows Vista and installed Intel Rapid Storage Technology (for AHCI). After doing this, it takes much longer time to start the pc and the system won't load the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver. Any suggestion?

Problem using Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver?
I have been using the windows 7 64 AHCI driver and have the chipset, audio, LAN etc drivers installed with the Asus Dvd. Now it takes me a long process for reinstalling all my software. should I install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver provided by Asus so that the pc can run faster?

follow this method to get the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver's detailed info: Computer properties > Hardware > Device Manager > Storage Driver. then search this driver in ASUS site or Google directly. download, unzip and install it after found out this driver.
Problem installing Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver 10.5 for Windows 7.?
I recently installed Windows 7 and was required to install Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) driver 10.5 for enabling AHCI for my OCZ LE SSD. However, it gave me an BSOD when I tried to install (RST) driver file. Either the driver downloaded form Asus or the driver downloaded straight from Intel's site had the same result.
